Stratford-upon-Avon Boat Club – 2014. I love rowing because whilst on the water you can give the sport all your focus and you can completely switch off from everything else.

How has rowing and being part of the Boat Race squad impacted your life?
I have become happier and healthier being outside on beautiful, quiet, crisp autumn mornings. And I have met some great people, and been inspired to consider what’s next in my rowing career.
