What is your reason for your course choice?

I like how applied it is and I enjoy the outdoors aspect with the field trips.

When, where and why did you start rowing? And what do you love about the sport?

I started at my primary school, St John’s college school, in year 7 because I wasn’t very good at the other school sports. I love the feeling just after pushing really hard in a race or test.

What was your first rowing club and coach?

Cambridge 99’s, my coach was Pere Gisbert.
